National Kaunas Drama Theater GIFT COUPON – all you need to know is the amount you want to give, and the person will be able to choose the performance.

• You can buy a gift voucher at the National Kaunas Drama Theatre box office or in  the e-shop.
• The gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Gift vouchers can be exchanged for tickets in the e-shop and/or at the Box Office.
• When paying for Tickets with a gift voucher, the Ticket Office staff must be notified beforehand.
• Gift vouchers are not valid for purchasing tickets to performances and events of other theatres taking place in the halls of Kaunas National Drama Theatre.
• A gift voucher is not a ticket and does not guarantee access to the performance of your choice.
• If the ticket prices are less than the value of the gift voucher, the difference will not be refunded.
• If the price of the Ticket purchased is higher than the amount stated on the Gift Certificate, the Purchaser must pay the difference.
• When exchanging National Kaunas Drama Theatre gift voucher for tickets, ticket prices are calculated without discounts.
• A gift voucher can be used more than once, until its value is exhausted.
• You can check the value of your gift voucher balance at the cash desk or in the e-shop.
• The value of the gift voucher is not convertible into cash.
• Multiple gift vouchers can be used in one shopping trip.
• Tickets purchased with a gift voucher are non-refundable in the event of a non-performance. In this case, you are offered tickets to other performances of the National Kaunas Drama Theatre.
• Gift vouchers will not be exchanged for a new one if they are damaged, lost or otherwise misplaced.
• We recommend redeeming your gift vouchers for tickets before the end of the season, i.e. by 15 June of the current year.
• If the gift voucher has not been used during its validity period, it shall be deemed no longer valid, shall not be renewed and shall be non-refundable, except in cases of force majeure, in which case the Service Provider may extend the expiry date for a new period.
