Algirdas Pintukas was born in 1943. He studied at Vilnius Conservatoire (now Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre). The actor performed at Šiauliai Drama Theatre and since 1969 he has been working as an actor at the National Kaunas Drama Theatre. The artist was awarded the medal of the Order of Vytautas the Great. Moreover, he was awarded the Prime Minister’s letter of gratitude and the medal of Kaunas City Burgomaster Jonas Vileišis.
